Sales Representative
Experience: Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate sales, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field
License: Valid Ontario Real Estate License (RECO)
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a strong ability to work independently as well in a team environment.
Networking Ability: Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events. We are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals. We offer top-tier in-house tools that give us a competitive edge in the commercial real estate world.
